Chemo 4.2 - Habemus Papem.

I really thought the conclave would last as long as my chemo this week.

Chemo's going fine. It makes me tired, but the other side effects are so far scarce.

Jim -

I'm glad things are going well finally. Here's hoping that you and Benedict XVI have a good night's sleep and a good week. (It's 2:10AM for him; do you think he's been able to sleep?)

Love,

Kita

All the news of the Pope had us thinking about you. Glad chemo may be nearing an end. Judge Williams was in Charlotte on Monday and we had a great dinner together. He still calls Richmond the "Mecca." I saw LeClair Ryan was handling a products liability case for Pepsi Bottling Group. I have handled some litigation for Pepsi here in the Carolinas.

All the best,

Mark Henriques
